Leader’s Lab (AIESEC) — a real-world event campaign delivered end-to-end.

In 2024, at the EMU Activity Center, I supported an industry-led experience on the future of work, CV improvement, and leadership — coordinating partners, driving attendance, and running operations on the ground.

Event Overview

Leader’s Lab brought together speakers from multiple industries to help students understand the future of work, improve their CVs, and build practical leadership skills — in one focused, high-energy session.

Theme

Future of work, career readiness, leadership mindset.

Format

Talks + guidance from three different companies, plus student interaction.

Industries

Cross-industry perspectives (restaurants, crypto, medical, and more).

My Role (OC / Organizer)

I worked as part of the Organizing Committee (OC), covering partnerships, outreach, and on-site execution — making sure the event ran smoothly and that students actually showed up and benefited.

Partnerships & Coordination

  • Signed and coordinated with three partner companies (contracts + alignment).
  • Managed communication and logistics to ensure each partner delivered their session effectively.
  • Supported event positioning across multiple business domains.

Outreach & Operations

  • Collected 300+ CVs and organized student intake.
  • Called and followed up with attendees to convert interest into attendance.
  • Ran on-ground operations as OC (setup, flow, support during the event).
  • Volunteered for food coordination with the restaurant to improve the attendee experience.

Impact

This case study demonstrates real execution: turning partnerships into a delivered experience, converting outreach into attendance, and managing the operational details that make events feel professional.

Partnership Delivery

Secured and aligned partners so the event content stayed relevant and structured.

Student Value

Students left with clearer CV direction, leadership insight, and exposure to real industry perspectives.

Operational Quality

Handled on-site execution so sessions, flow, and attendee experience stayed smooth.

“A real test of leadership isn’t the plan — it’s execution under time pressure, with real people and real constraints.”
